Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 25 ° C. Maceration of approximately 12 days. This wine was aged for 12 months in barrels of American and French oak, fluent in American oak for the French. Full aging for a minimum period of 6 months in bottle.
Cherry red with good intensity, lively with golden sparkles. Clean and bright. The nose is perfumed which include fruit notes on a background of toasted wood and soft aromas of vanilla, coconut and spices.
Ideal with meats, rice, vegetables, mushrooms, white and red meats.
